KID junmai DAIGINJYO SEIMAI BUAI sake has an average alcohol level of 15%. Its pasteurization is known as manual. It is done according to the "binkan hiire" method: sake is bottled but the bottles are not completely closed. First, they are heated to +65°C. This weak pasteurization preserves taste and fragrances to the beverage as well as a beautiful freshness.

Yamadanishiki rice is used (45% polishing).

This sake is characterized by very fruity notes of red apples and melon, with hints of honey. Umami is powerful, and sweetness is generous.

Cold tasting: 10°C, ideally in a white wine glass.

Carried along by master craftsmen in search of perfection, Heiwa Shuzou know-how can also be found in natural fruit liqueur. Without colour nor additives, of course!
