Through a four-step brewing process and careful temperature control, our craftsman has made a surprisingly dry sake.
This sake is made with high quality rice with a polish ratio of 55% and brewed by low temperature fermentation.

Since no distilled alcohol is added, you can feel the rich, fruity aroma of the rice even though it is a very dry sake.
Its aromas do not interfere with the taste of the food.
The taste is lively and the umami and acid are well balanced.

It is very dry but not too sharp on the tongue.

Our perfect pairings : this refreshing sake will enjoy oysters, seafood platters, shellfish, sashimi and sushi, raw fish roe, dried raw ham...
