Mature, high quality, it is made from carefully selected original sake and matured over time.

It has a full and deep flavor, mellow and thick, rich raw material characteristics, and a perfect balance of spiciness, bitterness, pungency, astringency around an overwhelming sweetness.

Aromas reveal a lot of sweetness, accents of dry grass, hay, mushroom, undergrowth, roasted spices, vanilla.

Mouth feeling is rich, harmonious, slightly spicy, a slight astringency, touches of myrtle, rosemary, genepi.

Characters on the label are the work of calligrapher Kawachi SEPPO, from Hitoyoshi town.
