Our perfect combination: this sake can accompany a meal. It is very pleasant with pasta dishes or creamed gnocchi, risotto, cured ham (Parma, San Daniele, Iberico), seafood cassolettes, yakitori, strong cheeses (Stilton, Roquefort, Gorgonzola); wonderful for steaming mussels, scallops, white fish.
