This umeshu is made exclusively from hand-picked ume plums.
Color is translucent, amber, almost golden, brilliant.
Its fresh nose evokes notes of apricot, lemon and prune.
Palate is very fresh, acidulous, almost lemony, not fatty, not very sweet.
Our perfect pairings: alot of subtlety for this umeshu which will be a perfect accompaniment to grilled fish (sardines, mackerel, sea bream, red mullet), ceviche, crab tartar with a good dose of iodine, a fresh fruit salad, a chocolate pie, a pavlova, a crème brûlée...
