Aromas reveal woody notes, citrus, walnut brouds, umeshu, tobacco leaves, young hay, ripe pineapple.
Palate is a caress of sweetness, with accents of fresh walnut, fresh pineapple, green pear, citrus, on a dry finish.
According to purists, this shōchū should be consumed at room temperature or on ice.
