Yuzu fruit used is the renowned yuzu from Mito-cho, Masuda City, one of the main yuzu producing areas in the Chugoku region.
Nose is fresh, rich, fruity, with notes of tangy yuzu candy.
Palate is fresh, fruity, opulent, delicately sweet and tangy, light.
To be consumed very cold, on ice, with a fresh mint leaf, on a terrace in the sun, as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to a dessert (fruit salad, strawberry carpaccio, citrus sorbet), in a cocktail with a soda.
