After a minimum of 5 years of aging, the contents of the two barrels is assembled. This operation develops the flavors, the aromas, the taste and the color takes a hay to amber color. When you taste it, you will be stricken by some scotch whisky or bourbon or even rhum. The nose reveals some sweetness, vanilla notes, cocoa, caramel, licorice. The mouth confirms the aromatic notes and you will be surprised by the roundness, the elegance and the velvety despite the 40% of pure alcohol.
Our perfect combination : at room temperature in a whisky glass, at the end of the meal with a good chocolate dessert or a meal for pure delectation.
