Where do our products come from ?
From 47 Japanese prefectures, the best craftsmen who we select for the quality, originality and authenticity of their products, while respecting good practices and complete traceability.
We have a team of 10 pioneers and trendsetters in Japan and 15 in France.
Our 260 suppliers are spread throughout the archipelago and are frequently visited and monitored to guarantee you only the best.
We import by sea or air, in dry, positive or negative cold storage depending on the product.
Our containers are all equipped with temperature recorders to ensure the continued quality of our products.
As for our storage, we have our own warehouses which cover nearly 3,000 m², entirely temperature and humidity-controlled.
We are authorised warehouse keepers for alcohol, and authorised and registered to store and sell meat and fish, as well as fruit and vegetable products.
