Shouga yaki sauce for grilled pork

The mirin moromi sauce and the ginger provide the perfect balance and give the meat delicious, slightly sweet toasted notes.

 

Put your meat to marinate in a freezer bag, at the rate of 150g of pork for 3 tablespoons of grilling sauce.
Marinate for 90 minutes and grill on the barbecue or on a plancha grill.
