To give it its natural, subtle smoky aroma, this soy sauce is infused twice with the smoke of sakura cherry charcoal shavings.

Aromas are subtle, with notes of hay, light cocoa and coffee.
Palate is very elegant, lots of umami, balanced salinity, lots of elegance, on an astonishing and never invasive smoky finish.

Our perfect combination : this sauce is ideal for sushi, grilled meats and vegetables, grilled oily fish.
