Soy sauce Ponzu is a traditional Japanese seasoning that combines soy sauce and citrus juice

One of the characteristics of the craftsman Goto Shoyu is that they are fully made without additives such as chemical seasonings, preservatives, dyes, sweeteners or artificial flavors.

For this Ponzu, the manufacturer searched for the perfect balance between aroma, acidity and flavor. The base of this ponzu balances a fresh aroma and fruity acidity using a lot of natural citrus juices.

The set is decorated with a Dashi, asset for UMAMI. The Dashi are carefully prepared during the night, which allows to bring out the natural flavors of the Kombu, the vegetable, shiitake mushrooms and enoki.

This is precisely because several dashis are used that this ponzu has a combination of sweet and natural flavors that marry wonderfully, without the need for additives. About 25% of the product consists of Yuzu juice, which contains many nutrients such as vitamin C and citric acid. You can appreciate its aromatic and elegant acidity.

This ponzu can be used as sauce for melted with dilution (NABE) without dilution or accompaniment to meat or fish, fried chicken karaage, salads, etc.
