Depuis plusieurs années nous avons mis en commun nos compétences, et avons cherché des produits d'une qualité insoupçonnable avec la même philosophie : recherche des produits directement sur les lieux de production, refus de tout traitement chimique aussi bien sur la plante que sur le produit et a fortiori toute irradiation (hypocritement appelée ionisation), veiller à ce que les personnes travaillant dans ces plantations travaillent dans des conditions optimales, exiger de nombreux tris pour ne garder que les grains ou baies d'exception, refuser tout stockage long et acheminer les produits sans intermédiaire, c'est-à-dire avec une traçabilité maximale.

These are vanilla pods that have been dried and reduced to a powder. This powder is very aromatic, easy to use and excellent value for money.
The cane sugar used is organic panela, pure organic raw black cane sugar from Colombia, with characteristic notes of biscuit, speculos, caramel, liquorice and honey.
Despite its cool colour, this chilli has a hot smell, reminiscent of dried tomatoes. It is delicious, suave and strongly chocolately. Then plant notes take over with an amazing green asparagus note.
It is the same pepper as the black Voatsiperifery pepper but picked at full maturity, which gives it much hotter notes.

Tonka beans is very fragant, gives off warm and sweet notes reminiscent of the scents of sweet almond and cut hay. A closer look reveals creamy notes of leather, wax, almond and vanilla. Some will perceive a touch of caramel, tobacco or honey.

The berries have an average diameter of 4 millimetres and are wrinkled and dark brown just like peppercorns. The berries are very rich in essential oils and therefore extremely aromatic.
