Zest & citrus powder

Powerful, even violent, very impressive nose and completely natural! This powder doesn't look like some of the powders made with poor quality citrus fruits, often not washed and badly dried and which have an unpleasant soapy odour. Ours is an exceptional powder, made of specially selected fruits, picked when fully ripe, washed, finely peeled and whose the zests have been extensively and gently dried in the sun before being made into powder. The dominant odour is of course lemon and lime, but with sweet notes evoking candied citron zest. It has a beautiful camphor and menthol odour, evoking eucalyptus, with a spicy touch reminiscent of ginger. This product is a fresh-tasting delicacy.

The leaves, like the fruits, exhale taste and olfactory notes of verbena, cinnamon, lime, coriander, ginger… Many fragrances also recall the sansho grape from Japan.

This lime exudes spicy, acidic and lemony notes. It has a sharp acidity and an elegant bitterness with notes of candied citron and almost liquorice touches.

Extremely enjoyable, addictive nose with delicious, hot, sweet notes. Pineapple and candied citron are dominant, always with a tart citrus touch, of quince, angelica, verbena and herbaceous notes evoking dried hay and tobacco.

Fruity, intense citrus taste, with ripe lemon, candied lemon, dried lemon peel with peaks of menthol. Despite its acidity a hot, sweet note emerges.

The limou exudes almost smoky, spicy, acidic, lemony notes. On the palate, the acidity is incisive, the bitterness elegant, with notes of candied citron, candied mandarin and almost liquorice touches.

A subtle odour with touches of sweetened citrus fruits, vegetal, evoking a warm straw scent. To taste, an amusing texture, the powder melts on the tongue, leaving traces of sugar and finally a pleasant bitterness of mandarin bark.
