Spice leaves

Reduce the description of Kaloupé flavors with curry notes is a mistake. The notes are much more complex, with parsley accents, cumin, dill, laurel, dried lemon bark with small smoked herbaceous tips and a lot of freshness. Kaloupilé makes it possible to magnify many mixtures of spices, such as a secret ingredient.

The "pepper" of Australia's aborigines. These are the leaves of the tree producing bays, delicately dried and reduced powder. The perfume is surprising. We find the same aromas as in the Tasmanian berries, but with dominant vegetable notes, evoking the verbena and the lemon.
