Gin 424 Classic botanicals

From €45.00This gin has two major characteristics. It is the only gin in the world to be made using a wooden still that has been used since the 19th century. This method of distillation is characterised by the high heat retention of the wood. The sweet and salty components are easily distilled. The tubes of the distillation circuit are made of tin. The sulphurous components are eliminated, resulting in a sweet drink. The wooden still gives a smoother and softer appearance to the resulting drink.

This dry gin (japanese alcool) captures the fragrance of Shimane's forests. Distillate base is made of barley with a sylvan infusion of kuromoji (Lindera Umbellata, family Lauraceae), wild juniper berries, Japanese cypress, yuzu and cinnamon. -

From €71.00This is Kumamoto's first artisana gin, based on Kuma's "Asagiri no Hana" shochu. Gin is a distilled liqueur made from fermented grains, then infused with juniper berries and other botanicals to give it a distinct aroma. Artisanal gin is made in small, unique batches.
Takata uses same alcohol as for its flower yeast shochu and infuses it with local citrus peels (shiranui orange, banpeiyu, late white cedrate citron, sweet summer cedrate citron, late cedrate citron, haruka and yuzu) and rose geranium.
