2 to 3 chicken thighs

1 onion

2 tablespoons uzukuchi soy sauce (Ref. NISSK21)

40 g japanese curry (Ref. NISTAA1/NISTAA2)

60 g dashi broth (Ref. NISST36)

Preparation of the japanese curry

Prepare ingredients

Debone the chicken thighs and remove the skin. Cut them into large cubes.

Peel the vegetables: slice the carrots into diagonal pieces, cut the potatoes into chunks, and finely chop the garlic and onion.

Cook the aromatics

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a sauté pan. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté gently without browning.

Add the Ingredients

Add the Chicken: Toss in the chicken cubes and brown them on all sides.

Add the Dashi Broth and Vegetables: Pour in 50 cl of dashi broth, then add the carrot and potato chunks. Let simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Incorporate the Green Beans and Curry: Five minutes before the end of cooking, add the green beans, cut into 3 cm pieces.
