White Koshu 2024 11% 750ml

The "Nogi" series (芒) is a wine that highlights the charm of Koshu and Muscat Bailey A, two grape varieties that may seem unplressive at first glance.

In a way, this wine is the best expression of the wine estate. They pressed the Koshu grapes harvested in mid-October using the entire clusters pressing method and fermented the juice without a disbourker. In the middle of the fermentation, they added 20% of the entire bays of Koshu scraped by hand and let them macerate with the skins for seven months.

This year's label is based on the "NOH (能) X Weather" theme. If you look closely, you may see the face of a noh mask or a wine glass, depending on your point of view. The unique character at the top left of the label represents the weather. This character meaning "time" is clean to the vintage 2024.

The 2024 vintage was what could be called a model vintage. Although we had some rain problems towards the end of the harvest, we were able to reap grapes of excellent quality.
