Menma are generally made from slices of fermented bamboo shoots.
The bamboo shoots used for mena are usually fermented in lactate and dried before being packaged and sold.

The preparation of the mena from dried and fermented bamboo shoots begins with a soaking in the water, or sometimes in a broth, until the dried shoots are tender.

Our menma, besides their flavor soy sauce, have a Flavor both sweet and earthy, and add Fluffy and crunchy at your ramen.
