Umami-so ume and yuzu - 90g

This seasoning is used in the same way as Parmesan powder that can be added to the dish. Umami-so is rich in glutamic acid, in inosinic acid, and reveals flavours.

For this mixture, Miyazaki yuzu and plum were used to raise and perfume this mixture with very fresh, acidic notes.

Umami-so mixtures are the first powdered umami concentrates on the market, made from miso barley, soy and salt.

How to use it?

For chicken grills, salads of crudity, carpaccios of meat and fish, light broths, grilled fish, grilled fish, mayonnaise (in lieu of salt), shrimp, meat tartars, ceviche, poke-bowls...
