Umami-so yuzu - 70g

This seasoning is used in the same way as Parmesan powder that can be added to the dish.

Umami-so is rich in glutamic acid, in inosinic acid.

How to use it?
It reveals the flavours of creamy sauces, crudities (tomato, cucumber), grilled meats (chicken, beef, pork, duck), broths.

For this mixture, Miyazaki yuzu was used to pick up and perfume this mixture with very fresh notes, predisposing it for chicken grills, salads of crudity, meat and fish carpaccios, light broths, grilled fish, mayonnaises (in lieu of salt), shrimp, poached eggs, meat tartars, ceviche, poke-bowls...
