UMAMI-SO YUZU - 70G

This seasoning is used in the manner of Parmesan powder that everyone can add on his dish.

UMAMI-SO is rich in glutamic acid, inosinic acid.

How to use it?
It allows to reveal the flavors of creamous sauces, crudités (tomato, cucumber), grilled meats (chicken, beef, pork, duck), broths.

For this mix, the yuzu of Miyazaki has been used to take up and perfume this mixture with very cool notes, the predisposing for chicken grilling, raw salads, carpaccios of meat and fish, the Clear broths, grilled fish, mayonnaises (replacing salt), shrimp, poached eggs, meat tartars, ceviche, poke-bowls ...
