Umami-so curry mix - 90g

This seasoning is used in the same way as Parmesan powder that can be added to the dish.

Umami-so curry is rich in glutamic acid, in inosinic acid.

How to use it?
It reveals the flavours of cremated sauces, potatoes, grilled meats (chicken, beef, pork, duck), broths, pasta, sautéed rice, shrimp, squid, grilled sardines, meat and fish tartars, carpaccios, fresh goat cheeses, mayonnaises (as an alternative to salt), poached eggs, potatoes, pizzas, aperitif bites, crudity salads, poke-bowls, roast chicken, tajins, fries and sautéed apples...
