J-Men No. 5 Special Non-Sticky Rice Flour for Pasta

Instructions For pasta machines (extrusion noodle machines)

Recipe:

• J-Men No. 5: 300g

• Hot water: 125-144g (adjust according to the type of machine).

Instructions:

1. Add the hot water to the flour and mix thoroughly with a mixer.

2. Once the water has been evenly incorporated, transfer the dough to the pasta machine.

3. Caution: insufficient mixing will make the pasta fragile and brittle. Excessive mixing will form lumps that will prevent the dough from being processed by the pasta machine.
