The ingredients are strung onto small skewers around a circular barbecue and cook evenly, slowly or quickly depending on the tilt of the skewer towards the Binchotan charcoal embers.
Table barbecue material: diatomaceous earth
This barbecue is not dishwasher safe.
Allow to cool well after use.
Place the barbecue on a suitable trivet for heat when placed on the table.
Supplied with 8 skewers of 220 mm (stainless steel) and 1 pliers of 300 mm to handle the skewers
