Robatayaki table barbecue

The ingredients are threaded on small skewers around a circular barbecue and cook evenly, slowly or quickly depending on the inclination of the skewer towards the embers of binchotan coal.
Table barbecue material: diatomaceous earth

This barbecue does not pass the dishwasher.
Cool well after use.
Lay the barbecue on a flat bottom suitable for heat when placed on the table.

Delivered with 8 220 mm (stainless steel) sleeves and 1 300 mm clip to handle the skewers.
