This Sugar is a great vintage, very rich in vitamins and minerals. You will be surprised by his aromatic notes of cocoa and licorice.

Its texture is pleasantly granuous, such as a sandy dough.
This comes from its high humidity level.
The sugar we offer is made from fresh sugar cane, washed and rinsed (to remove all impurity), then cold pressed.
The juice of this first pressure is reduced to the fire, without the addition of water or white sugar or syrup, then set to decan for 3 to 5 days.
The syrup thus obtained will be crystallized and will be declined in pieces or powder.
