Nim-Shiitake Nimono 530g

The Nimono is a mooned dish of Japanese cuisine, usually composed of a basic ingredient simmered in a shiru broth and seasoned with saké, soy sauce and a small amount of sweetener.

The Nimono is simmered in the Shiru for a while until the liquid is absorbed by the base ingredient or evaporates. The ni nimono particle means "simmer" or "cook on low heat".

Nimono therefore refers to a mixed food in a flavored Dashi broth with sugar, saké, mirin and soy sauce, as well as sometimes a little salt. The NIMOno is generally prepared with the help of an otoshibuta (falling lid), which is based on the ingredients and prevents the liquid from evaporating completely and maintains the ingredients in place.

Our Shiitake Nimono is made from true oak lentins, exclusively grown in forest on oak trunks, in the middle of nature. The culture is healthy, without the slightest use of some chemicals.

These shiitakes can be tasted cold on the aperitif or in condiments for your fresh, shellfish, tartares, carpaccios, tatakis ... warmed up in a bain marie, they accompany soups, broths, the Ramens, pasta, risottos, rice ...
