This sake, product based on Rice Yamada Nishika (55% polished) cultivated under contract of the famous rice farmer of the Hyogo Prefecture, Naoki Maekawa, is brewed in small batches.

Rare beverage, it is bottled undiluted and not filtered without the first typical pasteurization of the saké.
The second pasteurization is handmade, bottle bottle.
The saké is refined to extremely low temperatures to balance flavors and maintain quality.
This saké is fresh and vibrating, with opulent aromas, a refreshing perfume, fruity flavors of green apple, pear, lemon, a slight minerality, a dry final, an elegant acidity.
It should be noted that the umami of this saké becomes more expressive after 2 to 3 days of opening, preserved in expenses.
