      This junmai ginjo saké is elaborated from Ehime Matsuyama mii rice, a ski rice little adapted to the brewing of the saké, but whose koji is easy to produce and perfectly adapted to the low fermentation Ginjo.

      It is polite at 50% and brewed with yeast Kochi AC95. This saké offers a pronounced and fragrant aroma, fruity, with notes of melon, pomelo, honey, white miso.
