      Founded in 1893, Sasaki Shuzo brews his sakés at "Rakuchu", in the heart of the historic city center of Kyoto. Some 300 original breweries, it is the only one to be lost in this neighborhood.
      The exceptional topography of Kyoto and the abundance of water have been the main reasons why the saké was brewed in Kyoto and justifying that Kyoto was designated as a capital during
      1,000 years.
      This beautiful saké, with very fresh and floral notes, complex, reveals aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit. The mouth is bright, elegant, of a beautiful acidity while offering a beautiful wraparound roundness and a lot of freshness. The fruity notes evoke the strawberry a little acid, white fishing, pear, mature apple.
      Side tasting, we recommend this saké for caviar, lobster, tempuras, foie gras cutlets, creamous poultry, parsley cheeses.
