Gin Jin Shin on Shimane

The nose is surprising, sweet, with fresh notes of citrus, round and elegant cinnamon, on a complex floral and vegetable bouquet.
The mouth is hot, velvety, the yuzu well present with slightly softworks.

This gin, grand cru, very qualitative, can be enjoyed alone, on ice or accompanied by a lime juice.
It is also remarkable accompanied by Tonic or another quality soda.

Several distilleries, in Japan, for about ten years, work to make gins of very high quality and according to artisanal methods.

Our craftsman Okadaya Honten is located in Masuda City, in the prefecture of Shimane, where the abandoned cultivated lands are more and more numerous.

The distillery is working to highlight these lands by cultivating yuzu, chestnuts, kakis and rice in Sake.
