Umeshu with roasted tea Hojicha 9%

When you pour the umeshu, a fragrant aroma of Houjicha rises from the glass. The fruity softness and the acidity of the basic umeshu are perfectly preserved, with a surprisingly harmonious balance with roasted tea notes. The houjicha comes back at the end of the mouth, offering a sharp and intense aftertaste that prevents the liquor from becoming too sweet.

This typically Japanese liquor can be tasted all year round, ice in summer or hot (Oyuwari) in winter.

It blends very well with Japanese pastries (Wagashi), vanilla or chocolate desserts, baked sweet potatoes and dishes accompanied by salty sauces.
