Umeshu cumin 14.4% - 300 ml and 720 ml

This plum liquor was the first product launched by Fukagawa LIQRULABO, which opened in late 2023. It is characterized by the aromatic flavour of cumin, a spice commonly used in curry.

The dress is opaque, color coffee, caramel, toast.

The taste experience is refreshing and exotic. You will find bright notes of cumin, slightly woody touches, a sweet aroma derived from brown sugar and an apple and honey fragrance from ripe plums. The taste is sweet, but the acidity of the ripe plum spreads throughout the palate, followed by a tasty and persistent umami flavor. The flavours also evoke caramel, Corinth grapes, dried dates, candied dried fruits.

The texture is almost milky, velvety, syrupy, silky.

The finish is sharp and clear.

Its tasting is excellent with a spicy curry, meats with a pronounced taste like lamb, a tajine, a houmous or with chocolate or coffee dessert, vanilla ice cream...
