The Umeshu Joshu Uji Matcha is elaborated from a long aged umeshu, from plums Joshu Shiro, who have a sweet aroma reminiscent of the fishing, to which the bitterness of Matcha were added. Uji and the flavor of Matcha.

This plum wine is elaborated exclusively from large "Joshu" white plums, carefully selected in the planting of Aoya plums, Joyo (Kyoto Prefecture), and has aged with care during more than three years.

This limited edition plum wine is assembled with Matcha d'Uji, a specialty of the Yamashiro area. This plum liquor, which reveals the sweet and fruity aroma characteristic of plums Joshu Shiro, as well as the creamy flavor and the elegant sweetness due to its aging, is sublimated by the rich aroma and the slight bitterness Matcha d'Uji.
