Umeshu Joshu Uji Matcha 12.2%, 720 ml

The umeshu Joshua Uji Matcha is made from a long aged umeshu, derived from joshu shiro plums, which have a sweet aroma reminiscent of peach, to which have been added the bitterness of Uji matcha and the flavor of matcha.

This plum wine is made exclusively from large native "Joshu" white plums, carefully selected from the plantation of plum trees in Joyo (Kyoto Prefecture), and has aged carefully for more than three years.

This plum wine in limited edition is assembled with matcha of Uji, a specialty of the Yamashiro region. This plum liqueur, which reveals the sweet and fruity aroma characteristic of the Joshu Shiro plums, as well as the creamy flavor and elegant sweetness due to its long aging, is sublimated by the rich aroma and light bitterness of Uji matcha. The result is a perfectly balanced plum liqueur with a bright matcha colour and refreshing taste. Enjoy this blend of Joshu Shiro tea and Uji matcha, two exceptional products from the Yamashiro region in Kyoto Prefecture.

Shake well before consuming in order to take off the matcha at the bottom.
