This pale red vinegar embodies the tradition of the "Edomae-Sushi" with a light and pure, mellow and aromatic flavor.

      It combines the aroma and the deep flavor of the lees of sudden long old with the sweetness of rice and a net and refreshing taste. With this red vinegar Umai Edomae, you can prepare your own sushi vinegar by adding salt, from the Kombu dashi, sugar.
