Our wild wakame is harvested during spring and summer times and immediately washed and dried very quickly at high temperature to keep all its fragrances, aromas and taste.
It is tasty with a thick flesh. Quite simply it brings together taste, aroma and consistency and keeps its promises, unlike farmed wakame.
Our perfect combination : rehydrate in water for 8 to 10 min, strain well and chop into small pieces.
It is perfect for miso soup but we also recommend to panfry it to accompany fish dishes. Seasoned with our kanisu seafood vinegar, it is a real delight.
It also goes well with golden sesame oil (lightly seasoned) and some roasted sesame seeds.
