Product Details

This saké is unique because it is brewed from Rice Shirakaba Nishiki (Kome Koji) and Yoneshiro (Kake May), both grown in Nagano and rarely used for the manufacture of sakes.
This saké has a rich aroma and a sweet taste, unlike typical peoplehu. It has an ample mouth attack, with a umami and a sweetness that spread in the mouth, smooth and fluffy.
Its stable aroma and its elegant and sweet taste fully express the rich flavor of rice, offering a nice tasting experience. This saké is not only delicious, but also proposed at a reasonable price, which makes it very recommended by the brewers.
This saké, easy to drink, will suit yakitori, braised pork (buta no kakuni), grilled oysters, grilled squid, from grilled wagyu, from Camembert.
