This sake of Rice pure sparkling Maintains the carbon dioxide gas obtained by secondary fermentation in the bottle and creates fine and delicate texture bubbles. It is a new type of easy drinking saké, with elegant sweetness, which comes from the taste of rice and moderate acidity.

This is a fairly complex scale of measurement of the density of the saké with respect to the density of water, allowing to establish whether a saké is dry or mild, the higher the Nihonshudo or SMV.

It has sweet and acidic aromas such as grapefruit, fishing and strawberries with milk derived from rice, and sweet and bitter tastes.
It goes well with the melon with raw ham, the sea urchin, the carpaccio of fish with white flesh, white flesh fish and fish sushi with blue skin.
