Hakuro Shuzo has been in the sake brewing business from 1751, since the mid Edo era, for over 250 years.

They have committed themselves to producing delicious sake, made carefully from selected sake rice, grown in Niigata Prefecture, such as Gohyakumangoku, and are aiming to create sake that can be loved by many people.
