Dried naturally, roasted in the wood fire, then methodically grated for a long time, pressed and stirred, sesame seeds give a paste with powerful, perfectly smooth taste, exempt from any impurity.

Our perfect combination : their particularly pronounced aroma gives an intense depth to ice creams and confectioners custards, ganaches, cottage cheeses and cream cheese. Our sesame pastes can also be declined in salty flavors: in marinades, to accompany your vegetables or dishes in sauce, with smoked salmon or foie gras.
