      The vinegar series "Edomae" of the Kisaichi Vinaigrier is designed for upscale restaurants. The upscale sushi restaurants mix several types of vinegar and seasonings to prepare their original sushi rice.

      The "Edomae" series has been developed in collaboration with the most starred sushi restaurant in Japan. This seasoned vinegar to prepare the traditional Edomae style sushi rice is easy to use.

      You can also mix it with red rice vinegar. This vinegar is not too sweet. The exquisite balance of its flavors highlighted by Kombu's Dashi highlights the sweetness of sushi trim.

      This vinegar is guaranteed without any additive none. It is suitable for sushi linings such as the Zuke-Maguro or Marinated Tuna, Tai at Dauradi, Kobujime-Hirame or Ply / Turbot / Barboté marinated in Kombu, IKA or Seiche, etc.
