Umeshu tsuruume suppuai 700 ml 11.5%

This umeshu is made from the best "Nanko" "Nanko" "umes" plums, harvested with ripe. The plums used for its confection, variety "Nanko ume" are picked ripe.

The amount of plums used for this "umeshu" is three times higher than that used for a classic umeshu. The perfume of plums is therefore dominant gives it a lot of balance.

The rate of acidity of this "umeshu" is twice as important as for the treasury umeshu or liquors which is worth it are qualifier to "Suppai" (Acid in Japanese). This umeshu is not filtered and is very fresh, as well as the aperitif and end of meal.
