Salted red shiso buds

This is the harvest of Shiso berries that is the most difficult. It takes place at the beginning of autumn, in September. After harvesting leaves, only the fruits of Perilla are carefully removed by hand, little by little.

Shiso buds have a much stronger, unique and tasty flavor that you imagine it, so they are prepared only with salt. This is a true traditional flavor that is rarely found in business and has become rare.
