This low-temperature cooked rice is made from raw rice from all over Japan.

The content of alpha-amylase, an enzyme that breaks down starch into sugar, is 20% higher than the usual method, resulting in a delicious rice with a sweet taste.

This rice can be eaten plain or used to make sushi.

The rice varieties are mixed each time, and the combination and proportions change each time, so it is not possible to claim a specific variety.

The most important characteristic of this product is not the variety or the production area, but the way in which the rice is stored and processed. The rice is bought raw from contract farmers, in the form of brown rice. It is stored, polished and processed internally at low temperatures (15°C or less) in an integrated manner.
