      Kisaichi's “EDOMAE” vinegar series is designed for high-end restaurants. High-end sushi restaurants mix several types of vinegar and seasonings to prepare their original sushi rice.

      “EDOMAE” series was developed in collaboration with Japan's most Michelin-starred sushi restaurant. This seasoned vinegar for preparing traditional Edomae-style sushi rice is easy to use.

      You can also mix it with red rice vinegar. This vinegar is not too sweet. Exquisite balance of flavors enhanced by kombu dashi brings out sushi toppings sweetnes.

      This vinegar is guaranteed additive-free. It is suitable for sushi toppings such as ZUKE-MAGURO or marinated tuna, TAI with sea bream, KOBUJIME-HIRAME or flounder/turbot/barbue marinated with kombu, IKA or cuttlefish, etc.

      If you mix around 300g of freshly cooked rice with 3 cl of this seasoned vinegar, you'll get sushi rice like in Michelin-starred restaurants.
