Black sesame latte is a sesame-rich (81%) preparation that's easy to use to make hot or cold drinks, or even delicious pastries. Three simple ingredients: black sesame, roasted soy powder, salt.
Toasted black sesame is ground to a very fine powder using a special technique. This gives it a granulometry identical to that of matcha (15μm 20μm), making for an easy, homogeneous blend. This blend is guaranteed additive-, preservative- and colorant-free, GMO-, gluten- and caffeine-free. Preparation is unsweetened, leaving everyone free to adjust the sugar content. One cup contains the equivalent of 6,000 sesame seeds! This preparation can be sifted with other flours/powders. Tip: dilute 10g of powder, or 2 tablespoons, with 150 ml of hot or cold milk.
