This dashi Kombu, slightly concentrated, was developed from the best Kombu, for a professional or special demanding clientele.

The Kombu flavor is very present, The rich and elegant umami.

Our perfect agreements : It is very easy to use and will fit perfectly for the base of your broths for Miso soup, Tsuyu (for Udon, Somen, Soba, Ramen) as well as for all dishes for which a Dashi broth will be necessary.

Diluted (1 volume of broth for 4 to 5 volumes of water), you can also infuse your katsuobushi dried aoveness.
