      Soy sauce Ki Joushu

      The refining is carried out exclusively in traditional cedar barrels with seven Shaku manufactured in 1869.

      The aging of the Moromi (wheat and soybean must) is at least two years to bring out the flavor of all ingredients.

      The "Ki" particle of Ki Joushu refers to the fact that no additional ingredient is added, so that it is a pure soy sauce made from soybean, wheat and salt.

      Our perfect agreements : This soy sauce, embellished with olive oil first cold pressure, seasoned with red meats (beef, duck).
