Fuji sunomono condiment is made from Junmai Fujisu Superior rice vinegar, soy sauce and mirin, which makes it ideal for seasoning seaweed, raw cuttlefish, octopus, shellfish and crustacean salads.
It isn’t at all complicated to use. Use it as a seasoning and let it marinate for a few minutes before enjoying.

Our perfect combination : It is outstanding with shellfish salads, mussels, prawns or shrimp tartars, sliced abalone, raw cuttlefish slices or octopus slices, seaweed salads, boiled kombu, raw mackerel fillets or sardines and raw shellfish.
There are no additives, nor preservatives, just very high quality raw materials.
