This vinegar is brewed using only Rice ordinary organic Japanese, using traditional methods transmitted from generation to generation in Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture.

The Japanese Industrial Standard requires 40g rice to make a liter of rice vinegar.
For organic rice vinegar from our vinegar craftsman, 5 times more rice are used or 200g.
