The Japanese industry standard requires 40g of rice to make one liter of rice vinegar.
For the organic rice vinegar from our vinegar maker, 5 times more rice is used, i.e. 200g.
The acidity is elegant, the natural sweetness present, the scent sweet, the umami powerful.
This vinegar will be perfect for all everyday seasonings.
