The Choko SYOUYU house offers here a soy sauce Fermented naturally, in respect of the traditions of master craftsmans Nippons.

Its slow maturation, at least 9 months, as well as its lower rate in salt, give it round grazing notes, fruity, balanced, rich in UMAMI.
Japanese and Western consumers are increasing more and more a less salty soy sauce.
